Your departure from the hospital is a medical decision that will trigger the creation of your discharge file.

It is the doctor who decides on your discharge.

The team will give you prescriptions for your treatment, medical certificates, discharge forms, any work stoppage and the transport sheet if you use a medical vehicle.

Transport costs are reimbursed only on medical prescription that only the doctor on duty is authorized to deliver.

If your discharge requires medical transport (ambulance, VSL), you can call on the ambulance driver of your choice.

The list of approved ambulance attendants in the Hérault department is available in the service.

In the event of discharge against medical advice, you must sign a form specifying the risks incurred of which you have been informed and certifying that you release the hospital from any responsibility in the event of an accident. If you refuse to do so, the doctor will have a report drawn up.

Use the admission office to carry out the administrative procedures and pay the accommodation costs, supplements and private rooms (if they are at your expense) to the revenue management of the establishment.
