Visit

Family visits by the patient must respect the organization of the service in which the patient is hospitalized.

All visits are suspended at the Montpellier Hospital, with the following exceptions:

  • Visits by one of the parents in the Pediatrics sectors
  • Spouses visits in Maternity
  • Derogation expressly given by the medical team, in particular for end-of-life situations.

Faced with respiratory viruses, there are simple steps to protect your health and that of those around you:
     > Wash your hands very regularly
     > Cough or sneeze into his elbow
     > Use disposable tissues
     > Avoid shaking hands and kissing
     > Wear a mask only if your doctor has prescribed it

The bed of the accompanying person

Private rooms can only be guaranteed according to the availability of the service. At the request of families, the provision of an extra bed is offered when the patient is in a private room, except in the intensive care, intensive care and psychiatric sectors. These couchettes are free of charge when it comes to the hospitalization of a child.

The prices of the services are displayed in the entrance offices, in the control rooms, but also on the door of your room.
